What is Acidity?
胃通常分泌在消化过程中必不可少的酸。这种酸有助于在消化过程中分解食物。有excess production of acid由gastric腺胃的,它导致的条件known as acidity.消化不良,,,,heartburn和theformation of ulcersare some of the symptoms. It is more common in highly emotional and nervous individuals.
Common Causes of Acidity

- Consumption ofalcohol
- Highlyspicy foodstuffs
Non-vegetariandiets
- 非甾体类抗炎药(NSAID)
Most acidity problems occur
- 吃完以后
- Whenlifting weightor straining and腹腔内的压力。
- At night when lying down.

Ulcersalso occur as a result of over secretion of acid.
Home Remedies for Acidity
Tip 1:
毕竟three meals,,,,take a small piece ofjaggery和keep it in your mouth and suck. Voil� no more acidity.

Tip 2:
Boil one cup of water. To this add 1 tsp of aniseed (Saunf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning, add 1 tsp ofhoney。When this is taken 3 times a day it prevents acidity.

Tip 3:
至1升wateradd 1 tsp Caraway seeds (shah jeera). Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Sip while warm. Have the concoction 2-3 times a day for 5-6 days.
粉末clove和one cardamom; use the powder as a mouth freshener after every meal. No more酸度和no morebad breath。

酸度has been common now these days, really it cause some havoc because of over secretion of acidity.
Chewing cloves and drinking chilled milk also helps in reducing heartburn or acidity.
